ConsultantDr. Sonali Sinha, Managing Director & CEO of Advect Group, is a distinguished leader in hospitality, education, and skill development. She holds a Ph.D. from Nagpur University, along with four degrees and eight professional certifications, including Six Sigma and ICF-certified Life Coach. Beginning her career with top hotel chains like The Leela, Taj, and Kenilworth, she rose to the position of Rooms Division Manager before transitioning to academia, where she established premier hospitality and management institutions across North India.
As COO of the Tourism & Hospitality Skill Council under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, she led a tenfold increase in training and facilitated over 100,000 job placements.
At Advect Group, she continues to drive large-scale skilling and employment initiatives, with expertise in hospitality operations, drone technology, industry linkages, and youth development. She has authored 39 publications, delivered 27+ keynote speeches, and remains a key consultant for national projects focused on employment generation and entrepreneurship.
